Just Fishin’
Jesus comes out of the wilderness, goes down to the lake and calls two pairs of brothers away from their family fishing businesses to follow him. Now we see all the time that so-and-so has this many "followers". This was a lot more serious than clicking "like" or "follow". A life changing commitment to learn from a master teacher. These followers were called disciples. Before we even get to that though, Mark introduces Jesus' public ministry with a rather amazing term that doesn't sound as striking in English as it is in Greek. "The fullness of time". We'll learn more about it in, well, the fullness of time.
