Brass in Pocket
This week we get to where Paul becomes more specific about the errors seeking to take folks captive. As we read about them they sound rather tepid and tame, not worthy of Paul's strong language. But if we realize these supposedly helpful additions actually come between us and Jesus we will begin to see the real danger. They are not tame but deadly and over the next two weeks, Lord willing, we will see that they are very much still with us and as dangerous as ever.
